My husband is a very picky eater and I have been trying for many years to make things he likes. After I made this dish, he loved it!!! Rarely ever happens! The next time I salted and put pepper on the chicken before cooking. I also put a slice of provolone on top of each piece and he loved it even more! This recipe is a keeper.

Pretty good. I think I would add some chopped onion next time. I served with wild rice and cooked carrots.

This recipe was easy, quick, and very good. My whole family enjoyed it. However, when I heated up the leftovers I added a healthy shake of pepper and it was much better.
