This was a very quick and delicious dinner. I used 4 cups of bow-tie pasta instead of 1 1/2 cups of fusilli. I warmed the sauce in a separate pan so that my two-year-olds could dip the pasta, chicken, and pepper into a little portion I put on their plate. After I removed their portions, I mixed everything together for me and my husband.
