My family LOVED this dessert. Since there are only 5 of us, I halved the recipe. It did overbrown a bit before it was finished so I took it out and the center wasn't quite done. Next time I will cook it the full 50 minutes, but put foil over it once it starts browning. This is a great recipe because you can keep the ingredients in the pantry and pull them out for last-minute company!

Tried it for the first time on Christmas day. Added chopped walnuts and a little cinnamon (I read the reviews first) and used heart-smart Bisquick and half sugar, half splenda for sweetening (my husband is diabetic). I live at high altitude, the baking instructions, my adjustments, and/or or my oven did affect the result. It rose beautifully, but the crust got hard and overbrowned. Once that was removed, though, the dessert was wonderful warm with some low-fat vanilla ice cream. I will be trying this again!

It was good, but not enough cranberry to cut the sugar (probably because there is sugar in the cranberry sauce too). I thought it was yummy, but a litle too sweet. I don't think I'll make it again without modifications.

This was really yummy. It does get a bit puffy so to avoid overspillage (or having to clean your oven...lol) make sure you put it in a VERY deep pan. So easy and so inexpensive, but so tasty!

I made a little boo boo in the making process of my dessert instead of placing the dessert in the 13x9 pan i placed it in a smaller pan. The pie took forever to bake however when it was done my kids enjoyed it nevertheless. I will be trying this again.

It bakes nicely and can be scooped when warm or cut like cake, once cooled. It is better warm though. Perfect sweet/tart of apple/cranberry.

This is a very easy and great tasting dessert. Even my three picky daughters, who wouldn''t touch cranberries in the past, loved it. We ate the first serving warm with cinnamon ice cream. I added 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon to the batter ingredients, and I am thinking about trying 1 full tsp. the next time I make this.

I found myself wiht leftover butter tart filling and improvised using the filling instead of the cranberries in this recipe- it was great drizzled with maple syrup & topped with whipped cream & my guests loved it!
