this is a really great recipe. Today is the first time I have used it. I'm serving a cajun dish, Red Beans and Rice, with poloski sausage, and you just have to have a good cornbread with this. It was easy to make, and when it came out of the oven it looked great. It's light, fluffy and the taste is great. I only did one thing different with this and I added honey, about a Tbsp worth. I find the honey holds the bread together better as well as gives it just a little sweeter taste without going overboard.
