My family & friends loved these! They thought I had bought it from a bakery! I toasted the coconut & mac nuts to add flavor. I also mixed about 1 TBSP pineapple juice with 1/4 C powdered sugar & drizzled on top after baking. BTW, They freeze well.

I made these this weekend and they are really good. Very moist. They were a little crumbly, but that didn't matter.

I left out the nuts but these were the greatest...I did add vanilla 1/2 tsp..my grandchi;dren have always loved my scones but these were so easy and I love the tropical flavor I will try these with strawberry and blueberries also too good.
