Ingredients

: Ice

2: oz whiskey (1/4 cup)

: Juice of 1 lemon

1: oz simple syrup (2 tablespoons)

1: to 3 maraschino cherries

1: orange slice

Directions

1 Fill cocktail shaker half full of ice. Add whiskey, lemon juice and syrup. Shake until combined.
2 Strain mixture into glass filled halfway with ice.
3 Garnish with cherries and orange slice.
