really yummy! not a huge fan of reubens, but my mom was hungry for them. so we gave this a try and we loved it. i also used the george foreman and it worked well. i will make these again.

This was so good! A welcome change to my existing dinner choices. You don't have to have a panini press to do this recipe. I used my George Foreman grill. I gave a hard press when I first put the sandwhiches on and in just a few minutes had a restaurant worthy panini.
