So good! My biscotti seemed to cook about 10 min faster than the time it states. The peppermint is very subtle. This is the first time I ever made biscotti and my mom stopped by and asked for the recipe on the spot. So delicious, you will not be disappointed!

I chose this recipe for a 4H demo and it was very good. I made it into 3 strips instead of 2. It was very good without dipping in chocolate, etc, but it would make a nice presentation as a gift after dipping in chocolate and sprinkling with crushed peppermints. I used the 99cent bag of peppermints and a small hammer. The peppermints tended to stick to the baking sheet a little, so spray well or use wax paper. One batch would make quite a few gifts, along with hot choc envelope. Would recommend flipping over half way through second baking. I had rave reviews and will definitely make again.

Very easy to make - and very tasty. Great gifts for hostesses when attending holiday parties. I used peppermint candy canes which are very inexpensive to buy during the holidays and put the rest on the tree.

This recipe makes a very tasty cookie, even if they are not dipped in chocolate (I skip that part due to being a confection rookie and laziness). I''ve made them many times and my own mother requests them!

This is absolutely delicious! The texture holds up when dunked and the peppermint flavor is perfect. I tweaked it by adding dark chocolate chips which is really good with the peppermint. This is the second year I''ve made these for the holidays and they will be on my holiday baking list from now on!
