I made this April 3rd to celebrate National Chocolate Mousse Day! It was delicious! I love mousse and had doubled the recipe in case there weren't really 8 servings. There WERE really 8 servings so I had 16! It's all good, though, because I had enough to liberally share with family and friends. Only warning I would give is that my whipping cream in the mixer went from very soft peaks to overwhipped in a matter of seconds. If you mix until the peaks are "stiff", it might get overwhipped. Still tasted great, though. I froze one portion to see how it would hold up and when I thawed it out the next day, it was great. Thanks!
