I have made these melt in your mouth mousse cups for the last three years and I can't make enough, and they want them every year. If you start making them it will become a tradition because everyone will make sure you don't forget. I have also made the ones with the peanut butter filling. Just as tasty as the chocolate Mousse filling! Lisa

This was amazing! I loved it so much i couldn't stop eating it. That being said, I think next time I'll try using dark chocolate. I like chocolate best when it's so rich I can only eat a small amount at a time. Either way, so good!

After making a marble cheesecake, I made this to use the left over whipping cream, did not have chocolate chips but I had some darck chocolate baking squares, I chopped up the chocolate in small pieces and it turned out so rich and smooth that my fiance got a lovely chocolate high. This works well to use on top of a cheese cake, maybe even a chocolate cake, or cream pie.

This is probably the best chocolate mousse i've ever made. I followed it to a T but quadrupled it for a Thanksgiving dessert. There was not one dish that had any left in it! A very big hit and will make again!
