These are so yummy and fun to make! Everyone loved them! They are even better next day after being in the fridge over night. The flavors are great. The batter was a bit runny but they turned out fine. These will be great for school lunches! Make them on parchment paper because they stick to the cookie sheet.

Easy recipe to make, very yummy flavor. LOVE the banana flavor with the chocolate. Only complaint is they were difficult to remove from the cookie sheet after cooling a couple mins. Will definitely make again but try to better gauge when to remove them. I omitted the nuts (personal preference) so the batter seemed a bit runny...no need for alarm. They baked up great and the cookie texture is nice & chewy.

These cookies are delicious. I have already made 2 batches. One thing I recommend is chilling your dough because it is pretty runny and if you do not chill it then you have very flat cookies. The first batch I made with macadamias and the second with walnuts. Both were great.
