I made these when my daughters came for a visit. They loved them, but even better my husband loved them. I had to make another batch two days later. The only thing I did different: I added a little sweet pickle relish to 1/2 the chicken mixture. We liked it better with the relish - added more flavor. After my daughter went home, she called for the recipe.

These were very good. It's already hot here in Florida and they made a very good cool supper on a very warm day. I forgot to heat the tortilla's before hand as one person commented, so they would have been even better had I done that. I needed more strawberries than the recipe called for to get a light sprinkling all over. All in all very nice and we will have it again.

It sounded great, till I noticed there was NO mention of cooking the tortillas first. I guess a lot of people don't realize the tortillas are not fully cooked when bagged. And they taste 100% better when cooked. Just using them like it says in the recipe is like serving brown N serve rolls without baking them. Brown the tortillas on each side on a griddle or an iron skillet. (NO OIL NEEDED)

This recipe got raves at a my women's bible study group. Later some men tried it and they did not like it so much. I would definitely take it to a women's get together.

This was served at a ladies get together and not one person did not rave about how GREAT this appetizer was. It's light, fresh and very filling for summer get togethers. The strawberries really make the chicken salad POP with flavor. Excellent!!
