Great hearty recipe that was easy to follow. I used a cut up rotisserie chicken as it was a bit easier, but follwed the rest. My husband had 3 servings!!

This recipe was very easy and my entire family loved it. I used frozen mixed veggies instead of fresh and I added 1 diced potato. It is hard to finds a dish the the whole family likes. I will be trying this recipe with beef/using beef gravy and also with turkey. Will need to make 2 to feed a family 4.

Pros: very easy and looked gorgeous. Cons: too many onions and shockingly flavorless. Needs salt at the very least.

very easy to make but I added a cup of chopped celery and additional onion and it added so much flavor. The recipe did not ask for any sodium and for people who do not have a restricted diet, adding a pinch of sodium would have given much more flavor. Will definately be trying this one again!!!

Absolutely delicious!! The hubby and I are both very picky eaters and this was a perfect choice for a filling home made dinner. He LOVED it and wants me to make it more often. I don't know how many people this was SUPPOSED to serve but between the two of us and our toddler we ate it all. Thanks, LOVE it!

Very Good! Husband loved it! I did minor changes..deleted the thyme & added more pepper, I used 2 small cans of peas n carrots instead. Next time I will double the recipe because there wasn't any left! I'll also dice up some potatoes & add, increase the amount of gravy too next time.

I've made this with three changes, since I'm not a fan of gravy, I used about 1/2 can of Campbells Cream of Chicken Soup and about 1/2 can of Campbells Cream of Celery Soup...I used Basil instead of Thyme. I also added a few new/red potatoes. I did cut back on the onions a bit, I used a small one... It was a hit for us...wonderful on a cold snowy night...
