SO DELICIOUS! I modify it however. I use the Italian bread crumbs option, and cook in the skillet as directed. I just plate the chicken breast, spread some spinach leaves in a line over the chicken, top with diced tomato, and barely melted mozzarella cheese (I have an odd method of spreading shredded mozz on a non-stick covered plate, and microwaving it until it just starts to melt and then getting it off work a fork and stringing it on top) then I top with the Italian dressing. Have served it to different people several times always a hit, and great with potatoes.

This is a super simple and great tasting recipe! I have made it several times now, because I want everyone I know to taste it! I am a busy single Mom, and finding great 30 minute meals that I can actually make with stuff I have on hand has become an obsession lately. This one is definately on the list!

I'M IN LOVE WITH THIS RECIPE! It was so easy to make and came together well. All the flavors complimented each other. The feta cheese even tasted good with the chicken. However, don't do a silly thing like I did. I let the salad sit on the chicken to long and the salad got warm . . . Happy Eating!

Very good and easy!!! I didn't do the salad on the side, I used Whole Wheat Angel Hair Pasta. The box had a recipe that just said to add diced tomatoes (canned, but i'm sure you can used cherry tomatoes), olive oil, red pepper flakes, garlic, salt and pepper. I added alot of red pepper flakes to add more of a kick to it and served the chicken on top! It was sooo good! My boyfriend loved it he said it was amazing, the best meal to date!!!

made this for my sister's b-day this weekend. Everyone loved it, followed the demo from the Mixer class & tips (a big plus for me!) I seasoned the chicken prior to coating w/flour, ess, etc & that was helpful. Couldn't find feta cheese, and had to substitute the above dressing w/fat free italian dressing that we had on hand. the salad was great and I made extra for the next day but my sis couldn't help but keep having more! Definetely a keeper, thanks! =D

This recipe was absolutely delicious! Instead of frying the chicken, I used olive oil spray in a baking pan and baked it for about 30 minutes. Served it with garlic bread.

Capers would have been a nice touch... We loved the recipe, unfortunatly the left-overs had some wimpy Salad on top, They lose a lot of consistency when sitting in the Fridge for a few day, so I would suggest cutting back on the topping, or cut it in half, and don't put dressing on the half that your going to use for Leftovers until you're actully going to eat it.

I loved this recipe! Unable to find panko bread crumbs I used regular, adding my own seasonings instead of buying pre-seasoned: salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, oregano and thyme. I added more olive oil to the pan than it called for and cooked the chicken 7 minutes per side. The chicken completely stood up to the salad on top without getting soggy.

A "keeper" recipe. Changed it a little: Added garlic to dressing and small amount of grated Romano cheese to Panko crumbs, substituted whole wheat flour for coating, baked the chicken instead of frying and served the salad on the side.
