I made this for my boyfriend and he loved it. I took the advice of other reviewers and added more bacon and some garlic, italian spices and added asparagus/broccoli, plus mozarella and it was awesome...I've made it a few times now with different variations, asparagus,broccoli,portabellos,pancetta...Super easy to make!

Between cooking the bacon, fettuccine, chicken and sauce, I felt this was a pretty labor-intensive meal but it was very good. I did like the tangy flavor of the tomatoes and I also thought it needed more bacon. All-in-all, it was delicious but will only be a once-in-a-while meal.

This recipe is nothing without mozzarella cheese. It is a must. I couldnt have imagined it without it since tht was the best part. Also, just 2 slices of bacon ends up to be crumbs when crispy. It is best to use half a pack of bacon as it does not turn out to be as much as it sounds

I made this tonight with campbells chicken broth, I melted mozza on top and skipped the bacon and I felt it was good but I will try a different broth next time as I felt I could really taste the flavor of it. I also would probably leave out the tomatoes as I didn't think it really did anything for the dish.

I made this last night and it was amazing. I didn't much care for the bacon, but that's a personal preference, I did add 1/2c of mozzarella cheese to the sauce for a creamier mixture, all in all this recipe is a keeper.

Great dish! When first looking at the recipe I thought it was going to be very difficult. I was wrong! Real easy dish. My family thought it could have used more seasoning, since I picked out the wrong tomatoes. I have a bacon lover so I added an extra few slices. A keeper!

I've made this a dozen times and it is always excellent! Even if making for only one or two it is just as good the next day so I love making a big batch for leftovers. I use canned chicken and it tastes just as good and you save time on cooking and cutting chicken.
