Chicken Curry

Chicken Curry

We really like chicken with this creamy pasta, but the curry flavor also blends well with tuna.

This dish was a definite hit with my family. I added a bag of egg noodles to make it go around further. Also I put it in a baking dish & baked it for about 15 mins., topped with cheddar cheese, french fried onions and bacon bits to jazz it up. Scrumptious to say the least. Thanks, it's a keeper.

I really enjoyed this, then again I do LOVE Indian food. Fazoli's is the fast food of Italian and to me this was the fast food of Indian so it wasn't as good as an Indian restaurant, of course, but it satisfied my cravings for it. My boyfriend did not like it, but he has never tried Indian and was turned off by the yellow color. I say it is worth trying, it's soooo easy and cheap. Why not? I will certainly enjoy the leftovers tomorrow!

This was great! I cooked my own chicken cutlets and used the 1c. milk 1c. coconut milk as recommended and being I didn't have raisins I cut up a few dried apricots instead. Holy frijoles batman was it ever good!I used 2t. curry powder and it was just right. I added scallions too. Will definitely be making again probably this weekend.
