So yummy! My picky daughter even ate the chicken, albeit without the gravy. When I make homemade chicken tenders with Bisquick she doesn't even eat them. The only reason I didn't give 5 spoons was the gravy. The gravy became quite pasty. I slowly stirred in some chicken broth. This increased the volume of gravy but still had a great taste and consistency. Will definitely put in rotation.

Pretty good. I spiced up the Bisquick mix with some smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Used some chicken broth in the gravy (cut back the milk to half). Served with rice pilaf and carrots cooked in chicken broth. Was very tasty. Will make this again.

We used cream of mushroom soup instead of the mushrooms and it was tasty!! My boys who are 3 & 5 even ate the chicken without a fight. Would definitely make this again.

Pretty tasty. I made with rice. I made this exact recipe but only with 2 chicken breasts which was a perfect amount of gravy.

This was VERY tasty and pretty easy. Next time I make, I'll double the gravy. It was nice and creamy.

This recipe was pretty good. I added a can of cream of mushroom soup and some milk so we could have more gravy for our mashed potatoes, otherwise, the gravy was not real "creamy" and was turning out to be more like a paste. Next time, I will not add the extra mushrooms if I make the gravy with cream of mushroom soup. The chicken was very delicious and moist, however, you have to pound the chicken VERY thin, or it takes longer than 3-4 minutes per side for the chicken to cook thoroughly. Very good!

Made this night last and it's a real keeper. I bought thin sliced chicken breasts which saved me the step of pounding the breasts out. I also substituted Worcestershire sauce for the soy - soy seemed to be an odd addition to me. Otherwise I followed the recipe exactly and it was delicious. The mushroom gravy seemed to thicken very quickly so I added another splash of milk to thin it back out a bit. My husband loved the gravy so much he put it on his potatoes as well. I'll be adding this one to regular rotation. Thanks!
