This was very good. I made a few accomodations, I did not have the red vinegarette so I used regular vinegar, I also cooked everything- boiled the sugar snaps and the onions so that it turned out more like a pasta dish. Used fresh mint out of my herb garden, but was a little confused so didnt leave them in after cooking. Its very good, light flavor from the caesar so its yummy a little warm or cool. I was looking for the perfect recipe to used my Fresh Sugar snaps picked out my garden, first pick of the season, and it did not dissapoint.
