I made this recipe for the first time as is, and I thought the spinach was a little overpowering, so the next time I made it I only used one cup of spinach, and I thought it tasted a lot better.

LOVE this recipe! It's so easy to make and are never any leftovers! I have made this for my family and friends multiple times and they all want the recipe. I keep the recipe as is and it comes out perfect each time. I want to try to substitute ground beef in for the chicken to see how that tastes.

This dish is amazing instead of using the pasta sauce I used unsalted tomato paste and season it with oregano, basil, and garlic powder to reduce sodium. We loved it !!!
