I would love to try this, but my son is allergic to tree nuts, which means no pecans or honey nut cereal. any suggestions for substitutions? thanks!

Made up several batches....first one had a few scorched pieces so the last minute in microwave spilt into 2 1/2 minute segments and didn't have any problems after that. Everybody loved it!

I'm not a huge fan of pumpkin pie (depends on my mood), but this is awesome! Every time I take it somewhere it is gone in a flash, and I get recipe requests from almost everyone. I used Chocolate Chex in place of Wheat Chex based on what I had in my pantry the last time I made this, and it was perfect.

This was a hit at a baby shower right after Thanksgiving. I used chopped up pecans instead of pecan halves. I would definately make this again. It was delicious.

Delisous new twist to pumpkin pie...and interesting alternative. Loved it. Easy to make. Used it for an appetizer at a baby shower shortly after Thanksgiving.. and the reviews were all positive. Thank you.

Very easy to make. Made 2 batches and took to a party. They loved it. Tastes alot like pumpkin & cinnamon. Even makes the house smell like you made pumpkin pie. Several people asked for the recipe. I will diffenately make this again.
