These are tasty and easy to make. Since these are small they are not horrible for those watching their diets. To anyone that rates this recipe because they think it is unhealthy: Why are you looking at a dessert recipe in the first place? Go find a sugar-free, fat-free recipe and try it instead. Then complain that it tastes like a kitchen sponge. I am a Weight Watchers member and if I want a sweet bite for dessert I will have it. Go preach elsewhere. Thank you!

These are like heaven in your mouth! They are not too sweet so you feel like you can eat them all. I would not change a thing about this recipe... it was very easy and is definately going to be a staple for bringing to special occasions!

Great Recipe, can be made simpler by just using the Strawberry cake mix instead of the white with the sugar free juice mix. Also, the icing tastes extra sweet due to the almond extract, not bad, but I think with the strawberry in the cake maybe a lemon in the glaze might be much better. This recipe can be tweaked for other occassions. Its a keeper. Also, just dunk the mini cakes into your glaze pot 1 at a time & use your tongs, keep the pot on low heat.
