I made this for my husband and I, and it was definitely perfect for two people. I also used a Tyson frozen 20oz cornish hen that already had the neck discarded and the giblets removed (woohoo!). I used Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice fast-cook recipe. It was the only one at my local grocery store. It was a great meal, and I will be preparing it again!
