I followed the recipe and the chops turned out very dry. I'm wondering if it's my oven. I will make them again and try leaving covered for 45min., and uncovered for 15 and see what that does. Otherwise the taste was very good...

The chopes were great, they were a little dry could have used more juice. I did add a few of my own spices and it worked out well. I think the next time I make them I will try a different type of stuffing, but I will make them again. I had the butcher slice the chops for me, it made it so easy to stuff.

I didnt have thick cut pork chops but I did have some bonless porkloin chops so I tenderized them and rolled the stuffing in them tieing them with kichen twine. they didnt take as long to cook but they turned out fantastic, I think next time I'm going to try it on a bed of rice and cheddar cheese soup

We enjoyed this dinner. For two people, 6 thick pork chops are expensive, so I only made four. I added the extra veggie stuffing to some rice. I think I liked the leftovers better than fresh, even, and my boyfriend wanted seconds. Easy dish and yummy to eat.

My son is picky about how his pork chops are made. I was pleased to see that he loved this recipe. He asked for seconds.

Made this for dinenr last night was great added a twist though took and added a slice of bacon before placing the filling in the chops, this helps keep things moist.

the recipe im rating is not the veggie stuffed pork chops, but the bacon and green pepper stuffed pork chops that you can only find in ONE betty crocker cook book. you cook bacon, sautee medium green pepper and onion in bacon grease. add 1 cup of stovetop chicken stuffing, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, and a few cloves of garlic. sprinkle 1/2 cup of water, salt and pepper, 1/4 tsp marjoram on both sides of porkchops. insert just like you would these porkchops, and fry in light butter until golden on each side. bake at 350 covered for 45 minutes, uncovered for 15 and thats all!!! we prefer this to the veggie stuffed. just an idea if you would like an alternative.
