This recipe is a good base to build on. It''s even better when you cut up fresh lots of green onions bacon and seasoned salt on top. There isn''t really a need to bake them in the oven though. I found 10 minutes in the microwave worked just as well and didn''t heat up the house. just make sure to let them cool before attempting to scoop out the pulp. Make sure to save the pulp for mashed potatoes the next day.
