Very good, even without the lemon glaze on top. They took longer to make than the recipe said, though. Closer to thirty minutes prep time, not fifteen.

I was a little dissapointed with these muffins. The filling just left a cheescake covered hole in the middle, not a blob like in the picture. However, my friends that were over thought they were delicious!
