Make this the night before and you won't need to cook the noodles. I make lasagna, manicotti, cannelloni and shells all the time without cooking the pasta. Just make sure you give it at least 8 hours to absorb the liquid from the filling and the sauce. Then bake it like the directions call for and it cooks perfect. Beats dirtying another pan and having to wrestle wet noodles!

A total hit! Really yummy. I added frozen spinach also. What a tasty way to eat and disguise vegetables for those who might be picky. Definitely a keeper.

I made this last night and it was very good! I only gave it 4 out of 5 spoons because the prep time and amount of dirty dishes it created was a bit more than I prefer, but overall it was a very tasty dish that my husband and I both devoured! The only adjustment I made was using fat free ricotta and reduced fat mozzarella, which helped this dish stay in the "healthy / diet friendly" category. I used a large zucchini and the amount of filling stuffed 16 shells perfectly. I'd definitely make this again...especially for company!! I used an orange bell pepper, which gave the dish lots of color.

Tried this last night and this recipe is so unbelievably easy to make and very fast too. Im the one who cant cook in the family so for me to make something right for the first time, especially for a dish this good tasting is a great accomplishment lol. I changed the recipe around. Thankfully when I walked into our grocery store they were sampling cheese. I splurged on the cheese because it was my sons birthday. I didnt use parmesian or mozzarella, instead I used an expensive kind of sweet smokey cheese for the filling and for the topping after (I cant remember the name of it, I ripped of the label before memorizing what it was called). I doubled the recipe and also left out the zuchinni and I used an expensive brand of pasta sauce as well that had italian sausage in it. Out of all the dishes I made for my sons birthday, this one the number one favorite, eventhough that was my first attempt. It even tasted just like in the restaurants or better ;D. If I could, Id give this recipe a 10 for good taste and for easiness to make. TIP: I dont know if you guys do this, but I put sugar in my pasta just to make it not so acidy. Id say a 1ts of sugar to 8oz of pasta sauce, you can adjust that, but it works for me.

Amazing! I traded out zucchini for mushrooms, and the ricotta cheese for cottage cheese. Also tried a sun dried tomato Alfredo sause, spice it up with your favorite flavors/ingredients and you can't go wrong!

This is a great meal!! Also you can substitute the zucchini for broccoli and it tastes amazing! You can also add a little bit of ground beef! The variations are endless! This meal is def. staying in my recipe box!

This is one of the best we have ever tasted and I have very picky husband. Would not hesitate to serve this for company either. The only thing I would change is to add a few more olives and more veggies. So good and easy. I might add also that this freezes very well and did not change the taste any. Next time I make this I will double the recipe and freeze so I will always have a quick meal on hand.
