Very easy. Followed the recipe for the time and temperature and it worked out perfectly for me. I did have to put foil over the top towards the end to keep it from browning any more. Came out looking exactly as pictured. But I thought it was rather bland. If I tried it again I'd go way heavier with the spices, but I probably won't bother making this one again.

I used one of the suggestions below and cooked it in the cooler temperature, but by about 15 minutes the crust was starting to get really brown. And it was over flowing. And the inside is completely uncooked. So...While the cooked part smells and tastes really good, there is something wrong with this recipe I think. But I might try it again.

My family & friends really enjoyed this bread. It has a unique flavor. Will be giving this out as Christmas gifts for those chai-tea lovers on my list.

This quick bread turned out super yummy. It has earned a spot amongst my other recipe cards. However, when I baked this bread the first time according to the recipe, it came out completely burned (and I don't have a problem with my oven, everything cooks normal in it). The second time I attempted this recipe, I cooked it at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes and it came out perfect. I also recommend not using all the glaze that is prepared in the recipe...it overpowers the taste of the bread. I will probably use 3/4 the amount of glaze next time.
