Absolutely delicious. Great change from the same old meat and potatoes meals my family is stuck on. Healthy, delicious, and totally different. Loved it!

Sorry I wasn't thrilled about this one. I love to try new recipes but didn't like the seasoning and now I'm left with practically a whole jar of it and more than likely will go in the garbage.

Awesome! One suggestion: when special ingredients are called for, (in this case, buttermilk) it would be helpful if substitutes could be parenthesized. I know experienced cooks know what to substitute, but some of us are just learning and don't necessarily want to make a trip to the store for an ingredient we would not ever use again for just one recipe.
