Need a better spice for the meat. Had to "take it up" a notch with chilli mix. Porkchops where tough,maybe I needed thicker ones. Recommend Rotel Hot & Green chillies sauce next time. PS: 12" pan is not big enough! Had to remove onions and mushrooms (I added) to cook chops!
