I'm in heaven, was quite generous with the spice, decided at the last minute to add 1 cup spaghetti sauce to the pan to really "smother" the chops and bring out the spice. Served with Mac&Cheese.

Need a better spice for the meat. Had to "take it up" a notch with chilli mix. Porkchops where tough,maybe I needed thicker ones. Recommend Rotel Hot & Green chillies sauce next time. PS: 12" pan is not big enough! Had to remove onions and mushrooms (I added) to cook chops!

very much like putting a jar of salsa over the browned chops and letting it simmer and good on top of rice . actually the salsa tastes better , have corn or mashed potatoes instead of the rice and its good also ..crispy salad and garlic bread , yum ..
