Awesome! Juicy and delicious with great flavor and just a little kick from the cajun seasoning. The family loved them and we'll definitely have these again.

Our grill is put away for the winter, so we tried broiling these in the oven. Not recommended, however we think there should be some filling in the mixture to hold the burgers together on the grill. The flavor and texture was excellent, so we look forward to a little tweaking and better results on the gas grill.

These are terrific. I made these twice and they were great. The first time I found the frozen biscuits to be too dry. So the second time I used the refrigerated Grands biscuits and it was just like having them on burger buns. Yum, yummmmmmmmmm. So instead of making six sliders out of the recipe, I made 8 to go with the 8 refrigerated biscuits, and there were no leftovers for the next day. Enjoy!

Question: Why make 6 sliders? What happens to the other 2 biscuits?

We loved these so much the 1st time I made them again 2 weeks later. This time I made regular size burgers and served them on hamburger buns. Yummy either way. They have very good flavor and are just a little spicy. My husband likes to add a little more cajun seasoning to them but I like them exactly as they are.
