This is one of my favorite desserts to make! It is extremely rich & delicious! I add the cajeta at the same time as the evap. milk so that it actually dissolves while it heats up otherwise it doesn't dissolve very well. I also use brandy extract for this dish. This is a great alternative for regular flan, I call it cajeta flan and everyone always ask about the recipe!
