The perfect end to cocktail hour or an elegant dinner party our smooth and creamy Butterscotch Martini is made with cognac, butterscotch-flavored and white chocolate liqueurs and drizzled with caramel topping.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons caramel topping
  • 2 tablespoons cognac
  • 2 tablespoons butterscotch-flavored liqueur
  • 2 tablespoons white chocolate liqueur
  • 2 cookie straws or pirouette cookies

Steps

    In each of 2 chilled martini glasses, drizzle 1 tablespoon caramel topping. In cocktail shaker filled with ice, place cognac and butterscotch-flavored liqueur; shake to blend. Pour into glasses, straining out ice.

    Drizzle 1 tablespoon white chocolate liqueur into each glass. Garnish with cookie straws. Serve immediately.

    For a special touch, dip the rims of the martini glasses in melted chocolate, then coat with turbinado sugar (raw sugar) or coarse sugar.

    Add extra color with a mint sprig garnish in each martini.
