I made one of these this morning and it's absolutely delicious. It was easy to put together, with a minimal amount of ingredients, I will definitely make this one again.

The cake is good, and everything is easy to make. However, I thought that the rum flavor was too strong, a bit overpowering. If I make it again, I would put in less...probably at least half what asked for.
