This was a tasty recipe. I have not used wine many times in cooking. I would simply recommend on adding more beef broth and less wine. The wine and beef broth made a nice gravy, but as directed, the broth cooked out.

Awesome recipe! The flavors together are scruptous and every single time I make this dish, we have NONE left! Everyone eats and eats and eats until it''s gone and we all can''t move! Try it once and it will be one of your favorite meals. Very easy to make and delicious!
