Another favorite! Ranch is the perfect dipping sauce and the biscuits are nice and soft!

I haven't tried this recipe yet, But will be soon! It sounds so good! As for all of these people whining and complaining about how "Unhealthy" this recipe is and giving it a bad rating, why the hell are you even on this site looking at these kind of recipes? If you want to eat healthy stick with "Healthy coice" sites!

Delicious! I used the new Simply biscuits, so I had 5 empanadas, but I think they were slightly smaller. I would use a little more wing sauce next time; and I served with bleu cheese, not ranch..other than that, perfect recipe, delicious meal!

I switched the beef for shredded white meet chicken, used lo-cal wing sauce and skipped the ranch dressing. The kids loved it (and I saved a few calories!) Throw a veggie in on the side and you've got a great weeknight dinner- it was so easy!!

Rated low only because this is super high in calories & fat. BUT... I'm going to try making something similar w/ Phyllo Dough (low cal & fat) substituting chicken for the beef. We'll see how they turn out ;D

I do not do mine exactly like these. I do the same style though with my taco left overs. I flatten out a biscuit. Then put refried beans, cheese, and taco meat inside and fold over and pinch. Then bake. It is a big, big hit in my house. They are good for lunch the next day too. Leftover never go to waste with this one.

These are a frequent request at our house. Great flavor in a quick & easy recipe. They also re-heat pretty well.
