I made these last night & my family loved them!!! I also sprayed the cookie sheet prior to baking & it really helped. I served them with mashed potatoes & homemade chicken gravy... seemed like the perfect companion. I also used additional hot pepper sauce in the oil... we like our food spicy in my household!!

My husband and I loved these! When you want a lumpy, bumpy coated chicken tender like those that are sold in stores, this recipe is the ticket. I was in a hurry, so I cut my chicken into strips and didn't measure anything and they came out perfect. I did add more hot sauce to the oil than is called for. Nice and spicy! I had no need to oil my baking sheet and they baked up nice and crisp and browned, We will definitely be having these instead of the major brand tenders.

Decent flavor - little dry - crust didn't want to brown in oven - had to spray with cooking oil – a greased pan would have also helped. Use liquid smoke instead of red pepper sauce.

A mother of six ages 3yrs to 12yrs old.It''s hard to please everyone. I left out the red pepper on the batch for the little ones. It was a great meal no one crying.We all loved it.
