I deep fry my wings and then I make my wing sauce by mixing hot sauce, butter, just a splash white vinegar you boil for 2 min you add hot sauce until its as hot as you like it then if you like garlic you can add garlic powder to it then pour it in a something with a lid with the wings and shake. its so good.

We do not make them that way in Buffalo,NY. Here is what we do: Deep fry wings until done. Transfer to a cover container that would hold them. Put some melted butter in container with wings. (the more butter the less spicyer). Then add Franks Hot Sauce. Put lid back on container and shake them up. Slide the wings onto plate and serve with celery sticks and carrot sticks with a side of blue cheese dressing. Very quick and easy. If you want the taste of BBQ, add a little BBQ sause. And that is it. Try it you'll like it..

This is a great recipe for wings. More of a spicy barbeque wings than buffalo chicken wings but we liked it all the same.
