Yumm, I cannot rave enough about this one. My first time making egg rolls, as well as a first for deep frying. The instructions were perfect and they turned out delicious. Oh I also used feta instead of blue cheese and served with plum sauce. Will definitely make this again...and again...

These are made just like my "Chicken Egg Rolls", which are sooooo delicious and get many rave reviews from Family & Friends! I use slaw mix (shredded cabbage w/carrots) and fresh bean sprouts in mine. I don't use hot sauce, but I would use as a side dip along with sweet and sour sauce as a variation. These are some work, but make plenty foor leftover, well worth the time & effort1 ENJOY!!!!!
