cups Green Giant Select® frozen broccoli florets (from two 22-oz bags), thawed and drained

cans (14.75 oz each) Green Giant® cream style sweet corn
1/2
teaspoon salt
1/4
teaspoon pepper

eggs, slightly beaten

tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
3/4
cup herb-seasoned stuffing
  • 1 Heat oven to 350ºF. In ungreased 3-quart casserole or 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish, mix broccoli, corn, salt, pepper and eggs. In small bowl, mix melted butter and stuffing; sprinkle evenly over vegetable mixture.
  • 2 Bake uncovered about 1 hour or until stuffing is golden and vegetables are hot.

Expert Tips

Need a nice gift? Prepare the recipe in a new casserole dish to give, but save the baking for the gift recipient. Cover the casserole tightly with plastic wrap, and include the instructions for baking (you can even include the entire recipe, if you like). Tie on a bow, and your gift is ready to go!

I just finished this casserole and I rate it an 3. I like the broccoli and cream style sweet corn together, but did not like the stuffing mix on top.

I LOVED IT!!!! I love this recipe. I used it as a side dish though not the main course. I couldn't stop eating it. It was that good.

This casserole was not well liked by anyone in my family, including my son in law who just got out of the Marines & will usually eat anything that you put in front of him. Everyone felt it was too mushy, and much too sweet for a dinner casserole. The frozen broccoli was just too wimpy after being cooked that long & well, this for my family got 6 thumbs down!
