Fantastic! Like someone else said...you can skip the second baking. I cooked them for the first 10 minutes, put the ingredients in and cooked for another 5 minutes. They came out perfect and oh so yummy!! I doubled the recipe and before I could get the second batch out, the first batch was gone. Next time I'll have to triple the batch. Everyone kept coming up with different variations, "use raspberry preserves", "use jalepeno jelly", etc... I'll be making these again!

These taste great, but as another poster said, are far too labor-intensive. The middle baking time is *totally* unnecessary - it actually made my first batch too dark. With the second batch, I just spooned the jelly in as I made the depression with the spoon, and added the cheese etc and baked for a final 5 minutes, and they were perfect. No need to make something harder than necessary! You have to spray the *heck* out of the cups, though. Although some popped right out, more of them stuck like mad, and left entire layers of pastry glued to the pan. I'm glad I wasn't making these for company. I think that next time, I'll modify the recipe, and attempt to make them in cupcake-sized pans - the teeny-tiny cups are difficult to work with, and having more bites to a cup might be nice.

I served these at a Xmas party last night and they were a huge hit! I made them exactly like the recipe called for, only omitted the pecans because there was no more room on the top of these tiny pastry puffs. I thought they were just as good without the nuts. I would try them again with raspberry preserves or as suggested, red jalapeno jelly. They were a nice bite -sized appetizer, perfect for a party, and the red preserves were an excellent combination with the brie and chives. Also very festive in appearance.

This is also great with Apricot Preserves. And for those of you that want to take less time... just put the preserves or pie filling over the Brie and bake, then serve with table water or any cracker you like.

I made these with both the cherry preserves and dried cranberries. They were okay, but the time it took to make them was not worth the small amount of time it took to eat them. I won't make these again.

I took this idea and used Camembert and Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce for a Christmas party appetizer. Absolutely delicious. Very easy, very impressive and very tasty! I'm going to try red pepper jelly next! Thanks for this easy, tasty idea!

These were fabulous! To quicken this recipe, I used the premade phyllo cups. I also used a cranberry pomegranate pepper jelly because I didn't have the cherry preserves. Guests wanted more!

This is absolutely a favorite appetizer at any party we go to this season! We are now asked to bring it. The mix of sweet cherries and cheese with the zing of the chives is a real hit. As Rachael Rae would say: YUMMO!!

I have served these twice over the holidays to rave reviews. My last party was last night and they were gone within 30 minutes of our arrival. They are easy to make but time consuming...well worth the time however, especially if you like brie! Thanks for this wonderful keeper!!!
