My boyfriend said this is the best thing I've ever made! Which almost makes me sad because it was one of the easiest....however, I agree. It's very good and incredibly easy. Will definitely be making over and over.

This was great and so easy! I used black beans instead of navy beans because that was what I had on hand. We topped it with shredded cheese, and I also tore up a flour tortilla in mine. My husband crushed up a taco shell in his. Will definitely make it again.

This recipe was easy and tasted great. I love that it was low calorie and nutritional and all done in one pot on the stove. We added a little sour cream and shredded cheese on top; my husband added saltines. We both enjoyed it.
