Very good. It was very sweet and delicious. We had it along with the Fiesta Chili mac meal. My husband loved it. He said he liked it better then the usual corn muffins that I make with chili dishes.

This was ok. I think it needed more sugar (1 cup total) and 2 cups of blueberries. It was very bland. Probably more cinnamon would have been better as well.

Wonderful recipe. Easy & delicious. I substituted applesause for oil & whole wheat flour for 1/2 white. Added a little flax seed. Very moist. Next time I'll add pecans. Will definitely bake it again.

Great tasting bread. Looks impressive at dinner table. Cooked in 8.5 x 4.5 pyrex dish, for an additional 15 minutes.

Wonderful!! It's humid and tasty!! I substituted one cup of white flour for 1 of whole grain and added some orange zest and pecans... It's the perfect cake if you are in a hurry...

I substituted whole wheat flour for the all purpose flour (1 to 1), applesauce for the oil (1 to 1), I also extra more blueberries, a little flax seed and crushed pecans. Once sliced and a little warm, a dab of butter made it a hit with my coworkers and family (even the 2 year old)! Next time I would add a little more applesauce due to the higher fluid absorbtion by the whole wheat flour and extra ingredients!! Super delicious!

This is an ok recipe. I will probably make this again. I think it would've been a little better with walnuts in it.

This was very easy to make and very quick. I used whole wheat flour for half of the amount called for. It was good, but next time I'll use just regular flour to see how it is. My loaf took longer than 55 minutes to bake. It needed about 12 extra minutes for a toothpick to come out clean. We felt it was best eaten with butter spread onto each slice because it was a little dry.

Very good. My kids loved it. Next time, I think pecans or walnuts, and a little orange zest would be tasty additions.

I substituted whole wheat flour, and did a one to one subsitution of apple sause instead of oil. This was fantastic. I even threw in a little flax seed for added whole grain. Even my 3 year old loved it.
