I've made these bicuits quite a few times. To keep them from sticking to the pan, I dust the surface I'm going to kneading them on with flour or Bisquick mix first. That keeps them from sticking.

I've never made these before, and made any type of biscuit (other than canned) maybe once or twice before. These were pretty good. They had a nice, light texture and got nice and fluffy. They did, however, stick to the pan like super glue. I got one or two out of six to come off in one piece. I was using them for biscuits and gravy, so it was okay, but GEEZ! I think I'll grease the pan next time!

The biscuits were great. I added just a little more than the 1/2 cup of milk recommended because they were still kind of dry. I also brushed mine with melted butter before going in the oven and halfway through. I got 6 fluffy palm sized biscuits from this recipe. I will definitely be making them again, perfect in a pinch.

To me,the dough was WAY too wet. There is no way I could knead them or roll them out! Even with extra Bisquick on my board it turned into a sticky mess! I salvaged them by scooping them by the spoonful onto a cookie sheet & making drop biscuits, but they were still a bit wet in the middle after baking for 11 mins. Are you sure the amounts are correct?

Hi B.C.Cooking for two is hard enough, and my husband would eat biscuits just about everyday if he had it his way.He loved them. Quick and just enough. No waste! Thanks, D.W.

I can remember my mother making these biscuits when I was growing up back in the 50''s especially when strawberries were in season. They were the best back then, and they are still the best biscuits I have eaten.
