my sister made something like this for my sons 17th birthday in November 2010. she used a brownie mix for the burger, and yellow cake for the bun, she then used orange colored starburst for the cheese since my son loves his hambugers with cheese only. and then for fries she made them out of pound cake and drizzled frosting over them. it was a hit my son loved it, and the reason behind it was because when he was littler he would always want a cheesebuger with fries.

I made this cake for a child's birthday but used a brownie mix for the middle (burger). It was easy to make & the hit of the party.

I made this cake for my sister's birthday and it was a huge hit! It was really sweet, but with icecream it was really good! We all loved the chocolate-peanut butter combination. I used different colored "fruit roll-ups" for the cheese, pickles and tomatoes and they worked really well!!

This was a great cake! I made it for my son''s b-day and he loved it! The design looked so good, but I did make a change, by using chocolate cake instead of pound! I used this cake and the watermelon cake for a summer picnic b-day and they were both hits. I used food color w/white cake on watermelon cake!

This is a pretty cool recipe. I like the concept of the hamburger. However, I have modified this to fit my style and given a helpping of french fries on the side for the whole meal. Also using a chocolate cake and a white cake gives another realistic affect of a hamburger per say.
