Fresh berries are the delicious topper for luscious layers of cake and a filling of fluffy whipped topping and frosting.

This cake was AMAZING! I made it at home and put it together at work for a party, I didn't think it would travel well. I added blackberries to mine along with the other fruit. It was gone in less than 15 minutes! I was told I will be making this again! It's better if you use 8" pans, I used 9" and my layers looked too thin, but other than that everything was wonderful!

This dessert was amazing! I used angel food cake instead of regular white out of personal preference, but the frosting and glaze are amazing! Its a delicious, light and sweet dessert that was great for a spring bar-b-que!

Have not tried but plan to.I made a very similar cake that was terrific. To keep any cake from sticking to the wrap I prefer to place large marshmallows in the center and 4 to 6 around. It does not poke trough the paper or fall down and at the most I have to smooth the frosting after I remove them

This tasted great but it within 15 minutes of assembling it, it fell apart. I am glad it was just a test run!

This cake did not end up looking anything like the picture. The layers were so crumbly that I had to piece them together and then hold them together with the frosting. In the end it was a lopsided, crumbly mess. We still ate it (of course!) and it was yummy, but I did do a lot of apologizing for its looks!

At first, I thought the two cans of frosting plus the whipped topping were going to be way too much for this...but it's definitely not! This makes for a surprisingly lighter dessert perfect for warm weather. You could substitute any kind of berry combination as well, such as peaches and blueberries or mandarin oranges would be fantastic! Yum!

I was having a birthday party, saw this recipe and had to try it. To be honest, I didn't make the cake but bought a store bought angel food cake but made the frosting and the topping. I received raves for this cake and everyone wanted a piece to take home! I will be making it again!

This cake is made for people who like sweet but tart, and creamy and fluffy.
