From Betty's Soul Food Collection... It's the berries - and the angel food cake - that create this impressive, easy dessert.

Super easy to make. I used about 3/4 of the cake and maybe could have even used more. Tasty!

Hmmmm... I wonder if Vanilla pudding could be used to replace the Vanilla yogurt ? I gave this 4 spoons for sounding so yummy and easy !

This was delicious. I had extra fruit though so i added most of it and it was excellent! There was almost too much cream if you like a lighter dessert so adding an extra half cup of each fruit is well worth it. Easy to make and so good on a hot day!

Everyone loved this dessert - it was so light and delicious. I added A LOT more fruit than what it called for. I didn't really see the point of measuring out my fruit. I recommend this to anyone looking for an easy dessert (I made mine the night before to let it set).

This recipe is so good! I am on Weight Watchers so I changed a few things, like, I used Fat Free Coolwhip, nonfat vanilla yogurt and omited the sugar. I would have no problem serving this to dinner guests.

I made this for a family reunion. Everyone commented on how pretty it looked and there was none left! It was surprisingly easy to make as well. I just made it a second time today because my husband wants to take it to work for his co-workers. I wish I could keep it for myself!

I made this last night to try it out as a possible dish to bring to our family reunion. My co-workers loved it!. It is very light and delicious. I will definately be making it for the reunion this weekend. I think whipped topping would work well instead of the whipping cream. I did use the whipping cream this time, but will try it with 8 oz of whipped topping next time.
