These were very good to be so simple, light, & healthy. I've been making them at work on my lunch break and my co-workers have asked for the recipe.

Easy and quick to fix for a meal or snack, can add so many things to make it even better. Great with avocado salad and red beans and rice. I feed 4 teenagers, they loved the pitas said they could eat the pitas for lunch and not feel to full to go back work.
