This was a great recipe. I made my own bbq chicken and then folded it into a quesadilla to make it easier for my kids to eat. they loved it.

Very good. I used monteray jack cheese and used sour cream to dip instead of salsa. I also made a buffalo chicken variety and that was great as well.
