Who says tacos have to be served in a taco shell? These tacos are like open-face sandwiches you eat with a fork. And you probably have all the ingredients you need on hand!

Great recipe, the only things I suggest is to watch your baking time, when I made it I left it in for 30 minutes as suggested and it came out not burnt but well baked. Also, I next time will increase the bisquick and water since it was hard to spread in the pan. All in all it was a yummy dinner.

i made this last night it was okay if i ever made this again it would definitly need some dressing up. it was just pretty bland. i would recomend adding some more spices and flavor to it maybe even less bisquick or more meat.

My husband LOVES tacos and thought this was a great variation of his favorite meal. I love it as well, since it''s a lot less messy to eat. If you need to watch your sodium, try using a couple tablespoons of chili powder and cumin, with some oregano if you like it, instead of the taco packet.
