It's pancake pie! Enjoy a slice of pancake. These fun oven pancakes bake like two peach pies.

I agree with the other review that stated this is more of a custard than a pancake. We used drained canned peaches and it came out very soft and the peaches were mushy. Not like a regular pancake at all. My kids liked it but my husband and I found the texture strange. Maybe it would have come out better if we used firm fresh peaches. I would not make this again using canned peaches.

Just made this recipe. Really delicious. I used canned chopped pears with about 2 tblsps. candied ginger. Everyone really liked it. Next time I'll probably used even a little more candied ginger. Also can't wait to try it with apricots or plums. Yummy!

I wouldn't call this a pancake, its more like a thin peach egg custard. It tasted great, the texture and consistency was not what I expected, but it was a great breakfast. Will make again!

I recently bought a case of peaches and have been testing some of the recipes here. This recipe was delicious and easy to make... I made it as a quick dinner for my children and husband. They enjoyed it!

We thought these were great. They''re a bit like the Dutch Babies I''ve made for a long time, but a little healthier since they take less butter in the pan. Very yummy, and filling too. I think I have a new favorite breakfast recipe!

Delectable! Custard-like flavor and consistency. I might sub. apricots or apples next time, but delicious with canned peaches (I chopped them up in small pieces). Also topped with whipped cream.

Great recipe! I used apples, pecans, sugar & cinnamon instead of peaches & I added a little sugar, cinnamon and vanilla extract to batter which made it richer. My husband said it was excellent! !

I thought it was a little bland. If I make it again, I think I will use more cinnamon and sugar and mix it in with the bisquick mixture.

This recipe is very easy to whip up and the whole family loved it even my extremely fussy 4 year old. Next time they have requested a berry one though as the peaches were "slimey".

This is definately a keeper recipe! I have made this many times and it keeps on getting better. It is sweet tasting but not overwhelming. I have used fresh and frozen (thawed-out) peaches and both are as wonderful as the other. I made my own syrup blending maple syrup and peaches and it was a hit!
