BEST HAM EVER!! SO JUICY!! I made this last night, followed instructions except for trimming the skin (didn't do that because we like the "bark"). My husband usually makes the hams, but since he was hunting I decided I'd give it a go...and I'm so glad I did! This was the juiciest ham -- even better than my husband's! This had such great flavor, the glaze enhanced the ham instead of overpowering it. From my notes on my recipe I made this back in 2005 and put carrots & pearl onions in the roasting pan and it apparently turned out good back then too. THANKS FOR SUCH A SIMPLE & FLAVORFUL RECIPE that doesn't require basting every 20 mins!

This was my first attempt at cooking a ham for Easter dinner. The recipe was very easy to follow and tasted delicious. I wasn't sure why the skin needed to be trimmed away. My mother-in-law told me not to because she never did, so I just trimmed some skin and fat, but left most of it there. It still came out great. I will use this recipe again in the future.

I had a spiral-sliced ham that came with a glaze packet, which I mixed with balsamic vinegar and a little water, instead of just water as the packet calls for, and it was delicious! Even my ham-hating daughter liked it. The flavor of the balsamic vinegar was perfect with the ham. I didn't use the mustard as this recipe calls for, as some of my family does not care for mustard.

I used this for my Christmas ham and it was wonderful. We usually buy the ham's with the glaze packets, but this sounded so easy to make and I had all the ingredients in my pantry. I will definately make this again.

This glaze is delicious and so easy. I used it on a smoked ham, and the flavors in the glaze blended wonderfully with the natural smoke flavors. My ham was smaller, so I just halved the ingredients
